Lilly Contino is a controversial transgender influencer who is known for playing the victim, taking pictures in bathrooms, and misrepresenting trans people.
Background[]
Lilly, formerly Nick Contino, was assigned male at birth named and had her transition in 2022. She[1] posted before and after images on TikTok showing her journey, however they didn't get very many views.
First incident and TikTok virality[]
Lilly posted a video on TikTok in early 2023 of her being misgendered by a random woman at a Cheesecake Factory location. Unlike her later videos, the woman in this video was actually very transphobic and harassing with hateful intentions. The video went extremely viral on TikTok and many people of all genders and sexualities sided with Lilly.

After seeing the success of her first viral video, Lilly wanted to recreate it and pull a victim card on innocent restaurant workers. Lilly would film herself and restaurants and cafes generally in San Francisco or Disneyland and would snap at them if they referred to her as sir. The restaurant workers have always apologized to her, but she calls them transphobic and continues to play the victim and even turn back food and leave bad reviews. These videos have received negative reception from viewers and very few side with her on these videos.

As it's been mentioned, Lilly is known to harass restaurant workers who "misgender" her. She commonly uses the phrase "a knife to the heart" to describe these incidents and play the victim in these situations.

Lilly made metaphoric references to her transition and genitals using food items. This is seen as gross by viewers and makes them extremely uncomfortable.

Famous makeup artist Jeffree Star has spoken against Lilly and her extreme violations, and accused her of faking being transgender. Star is also a controversial figure and has been accused of transphobia in the situation.
