CupcakKia is a state located in the eastern parts of Floptropica that is most known for the annual Cupcakkia Flopfest held at Cupcakkia Falls every year. It is the largest state by land area in Floptropica only just beating Jiafeia, however, its population is slightly lower than that of Jiafeia. It is considered the Floptropican nation with the second-highest technology standards after Jiafeia, according to statistics. The capital city is Cupcakijiana.

In 1636(making it the second state) CupcakKe and her stans wandered into the Dealdough forest. They founded the earliest CupcakKian settlements Jia-kkia village and Erindtis. In 1722 settelers found gold in modern day New Olympia leading to many people flocking to the state and the economy skyrocketing.
