C.V.M (Contour Vast Meangirlsland) used to be run by Lovely Peaches, however, now is run by Charli XCX. Home to the most refugees from Da Boyz, Flo from progressive has a mansion that is hidden underground by Ranpapi City. Also home to the world's largest fertility clinic, and home to the world's largest sex toy factory, which is how Floptropica makes their money from trading. If you visit C.V.M on October 3, they will have a festival held in south Ali-City. It's called "La Méan Gírls" where they wear pink and mouse ears and have a parade held by the Cvmpark. In C.V.M you can also find the best university of Floptropica, the University of Servington, located in the city of Servington.

Central Meangirlsian flops often do shock shows in the streets to raises their money, and like any other flop change their thongs twice a day, sometimes thrice, maybe even fourfold! In their home they often have fruit trees to grow fruit (which they buy from the floptropica government) and very clean houses which are spotless!
History[]
C.V.M (it originally didn't stand for anything) became a state in 1695 as the 3rd state back when flops were experimenting with new control of unclaimed land. It was originally a safe place with everything bustling with happiness and joy. Until Badussy War 2 changed everything, cities and monuments were destroyed and there were 176 bunkers back then with half of them destroyed. They were in SEVERE pain until a new leader came to rescue them.
Onika Nickole Maraj came to the rescue as she guided flops and taught them how to fight back against DaBoyzz, but she had to go to Vajussy Therapy for a while and the natives knew how to fight Daboyzz in Badussy wars. That's when the natives decided to make the letters stand for *CENTRAL VAST MINAJLAND*. Nicki Minaj held concerts in C.V.M for years on end and would get millions of people joining the concerts (Nickis mum told her that her ancestors helped the C.V.M people and Nicki felt honoured) and loved the concerts too. She stopped doing them for C.V.M, this led to confusion about why she suddenly stopped so soon, so they went to find different things and they found (it was October 3 and on a Wednesday) the La Méan Gírls parade with flops wearing pink and they decided to join in.
A native even reported,

So they did more and more things until the lockdown was set, the natives did nothing but stay in their homes with the only social interaction they can get is from their phones. Little did they know, there was news that SHOCKED the natives.

Fortunately, the cast of the movies and musicals of "Mean Girls" came in to replace Nicki Minaj's concerts with not only performances of the "Mean Girls" movie and musical, but also with other theatric performances! The citizens of C.V.M were moved by their kind hearts that helped them at a time of suffering, so they changed their state name to Central Vast Meangirlsland. This is why C.V.M is also known as the Theater Heaven of Floptropica, where lots of theater lovers and theater arts majors live and thrive.
