These are the official rules for Administrators.
Rules
I. Deleting Articles
Administrators can only mass-delete pages if they are housekeeping or the page is offensive. They also have to notify the wiki in Discuss. (If you are only deleting a few pages, you do not have to notify the wiki)
Pages that can be deleted:
- Offensive articles (Ex: Fictional events that take inspiration from real-life tragic events, articles with slurs, etc)
- Pages made by Ooh!!Madonna, Space and MSWA, etc and their alt accounts.
- "Flopified" pages of historical figures, real-life politicians, singers, etc.
- Pages that are not related to Floptok at all
- DaBoyz or Newgen/nextgen pages (there is a few exceptions for this rule such as pages like Meifei, Beifei, etc)
- False Floptropican history
- Other pages with the Delete template
- "Flopified" versions of real countries
- Random celebrities not known in Floptok
Pages that cannot be deleted:
- Articles related to Floptok
- Floptok Icons
- Pages made by Cupcakkeselena or FloptokArtistAubergine (they were some of the oldest and most dedicated admins on this wiki and most of the pages they made are related to Floptok in many ways, however there is an exception for this rule. if most of the wiki agrees to let you change something they made, you may.)
- Pages made by Mrjuddpants (the second contributor in the wiki after Selena, exceptions are also the same)
- Pages without the Delete template
- Pages about DaBoyz (they're important for research purposes)
If you are found to be mass-deleting pages that should not be deleted, you will be reported to Fandom Support and most likely be demoted for abusing your admin rights.
II. Admin Abusing
Admin abusing consists of the following:
- Mass-deleting pages for no reason whatsoever
- Protecting your pages just so you can be the only one that is able to edit it
- Vandalizing pages
- Not abiding by the warning/block rules (Ex: permanently blocking a vandal instead of giving them a temporary block)
- Undeleting pages that should be deleted
- Being unkind and starting arguments with other Floptok Wikiacs
- Threatening another Floptok Wikiac with blocking them (Ex: you tell another wikiac that you will permanently block them from editing in this wiki because you got into an argument with eachother)
- Mass-deleting blog posts or posts in discuss
- Adding unnecessary things to the main page
If you are found to be doing one of these things, you will most likely be reported to Fandom Support and be demoted or even blocked.
III. User Rights
If you are promoted to an admin, make sure you know and abide by the warning/block rules. Make sure you only block people who you know have broken one of the Article Rules. If you falsely block people with no reason provided, you will be reported to Fandom Support and your admin role will be revoked.
